- Execution of a contract for the needs of processing cases entrusted to the MOBILITAX Firm and necessary processing for establishing, exercising, or defending a right in court. These processing activities are based on the need to execute a contract to which the client is a party, to take pre-contractual measures at the client’s request, and the possible need to comply with applicable legal obligations.
- MOBILITAX development activities to inform its clients, prospects, and partners about legal news and news from MOBILITAX through newsletters, invitations to events or training sessions, sending greetings by mail or email. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of MOBILITAX to develop relationships with its clients, prospects, and partners.
- Managing the client account, identifying and authenticating the client or user, communication with the client – technical and commercial support – managing pre-litigation, litigation, and unpaid debts, providing and operating services, hosting client or user data, network and service administration and management.
