Purpose of collected data

The collected data may be used in whole or in part for the following purposes:

  • Execution of a contract for the needs of processing cases entrusted to the MOBILITAX Firm and necessary processing for establishing, exercising, or defending a right in court. These processing activities are based on the need to execute a contract to which the client is a party, to take pre-contractual measures at the client’s request, and the possible need to comply with applicable legal obligations.
  • MOBILITAX development activities to inform its clients, prospects, and partners about legal news and news from the Firm through newsletters, invitations to events or training sessions, sending greetings by mail or email. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Firm to develop relationships with its clients, prospects, and partners.
  • Managing the client account, identifying and authenticating the client or user, communication with the client – technical and commercial support – managing pre-litigation, litigation, and unpaid debts, providing and operating services, hosting client or user data, network and service administration and management.
  • Browsing the website www.mobilitax.com and managing and tracking services and services ordered by the user: connection and site usage data, invoicing, order history, etc.
  • Preventing and combating computer fraud.

Recipients

Personal data transmitted to the MOBILITAX Firm is processed by Mr Jérôme THOMAS who, as the sole legal representative of SASU MOBILITAX, is the recipient.

If applicable and in accordance with applicable regulations, Personal Data may be shared in various ways and for various reasons with the following limited categories of individuals:

  • The judicial administration or any other public authorities, when the law or regulation requires the Firm to share this data (for example, at the request of a tax authority);

Your data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes (or to comply with legal obligations).

When processing personal data, Mr Jérôme THOMAS takes all reasonable measures to protect them against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
