HR TRAININGS

The international mobility of employees and company executives naturally raises the question of the taxation applicable to their remuneration between the countries involved.

This matter should not be overlooked by employers, who are obligated to declare their employees’ taxable income to the tax authorities. It is also the responsibility of employers to withhold a portion of their employees’ remuneration to remit to the authorities as an advance payment of income tax.

Therefore, it is crucial for employers not to make detrimental errors for their employees, which could lead to audits, penalties, time-consuming regularization, and disputes. Furthermore, there are various optimization strategies allowing to reduce the tax (and social) burden for both employees and employers.

In the context of a globalized economy and the war for talent to attract and retain individuals within companies, it is in the employers’ interest to understand matters related to the taxation of their employees’ remuneration. This ensures that the remuneration is correctly taxed where it should be, potentially allowing for optimized and therefore attractive tax treatment when feasible…

However, these tax matters are technical, subtle, and complex. That’s why I offer training sessions (not eligible for CPF) aimed particularly at Human Resources to enhance their knowledge, raise awareness of tax-related topics and risks to consider, and to some extent, enable them to be more independent in the operational management of these tax issues.

To best personalize the content of my training, please note that these are intended to be conducted on a ‘one to one’ basis (in-person and/or remotely). This means they are not group sessions but individual training sessions designed to encourage exchanges in complete confidentiality.

Additionally, as not all companies have the same profile and the level of knowledge and expectations of Human Resources vary from person to person, I kindly request interested individuals to complete a questionnaire beforehand. This will allow me to tailor the content, duration, and pricing of my training according to each profile.
