The firm

The firm MOBILITAX is a Simplified Joint Stock Company (SASU) established in 2023 by Mr Jérôme THOMAS, a Lawyer registered with the Hauts-de-Seine Bar Association.

Holding a PhD in Public Law (Paris Panthéon-Assas, Tax Control of International Operations, L’Harmattan, 2004), Maître THOMAS began his career in 2005 at Deloitte Société d’Avocats (Neuilly-sur-Seine) before joining the law firm FIDAL (Paris La Défense) in 2010. He directed the International Mobility Department from 2019 to 2022.

MOBILITAX’s primary purpose is to assist its clients, both companies and individuals, with tax issues concerning individuals in situations of international mobility (including topics related to trusts).

If necessary, the firm can also, with the support of its professional network in France and/or abroad, tailor solutions for a multidisciplinary approach to cover other related subjects (immigration, labor and social security law, corporate tax, payroll, etc.).
